So, actually i have 4 projects and a common db attached to all of them.
i am currently using the public db url for the project and db connection and i need to know if we have cross-project private networking / project linking.
if yes please let me know how can i enable it..

Private networking is only available for services within the same project and environment.
I’d recommend moving all the services into one project if they require access to the same database.
Keep in mind that egress fees apply when using the public URL for your database.
