Hi there, is it possible to view/add/update/delete/modify files that are stored in a volume? On the railway dashboard I don't see any functionality to do these so I was wondering whether there's another way I could access the files stored in a volume.

Unfortunately not but this is a planned feature

In the mean time you can use ssh (though ftp over ssh or sftp is not supported), or you can moun the volume to something like FileBrowser or CopyParty to interact with files on your volume before mounting back to your service
alternatively you can build your own file interaction methods into your service
