I am hosting a MedusaJS Webshop on Railway and i am facing the problem that some of my integrations only allow the location US West (Oregon, USA).
Due to most of my traffic comes from europe i would like to change the server location to a european country.
Problem occured with: Redis, Bucket, Postgres, MeiliSerach
EU Region available in Node.Js applications
