Have you tried removing the banned dependency?
I do wonder why it's banned though, it seems to me like it's just a file storage thing, weird..

cloudreve is the dependency in this case

Maybe cloudreve fits into some of the categories that are not allowed in Railway.

Railway support is only available for the higher-priced plans, and they don't usually respond here all the time. I can't think of any other reason.
