Same issue — five consecutive deployments failing at CREATE_CONTAINER in the asia-southeast1-eqsg3a region. This is a persistent infrastructure problem, not a code issue.
The pattern:
- Build succeeds every time
- Container creation fails immediately (< 1 second)
- Service has a volume mount at
/data/airdropin that region - Last successful deployment was at 10:12 UTC; all failures since 10:15 UTC

Looks like your volume is empty. You should be able to delete and re-create it to unblock yourself immediately, but let us know if that isn't the case.
