I was charged 1 dollar (R$ 5.47) trying to get the 5 dollar plan but in this attempt to buy, 1 dollar was charged to my card without just using it and it appeared that I had a pending invoice and so I can't buy but 1 dollar was charged to my card. I want my refund please.

The refund option is not available because the purchase was denied and I still had to pay $1. I don't understand.
