Hi Railway team,
I am the owner of the domain btcpulse.app and I need your help to release it from an old Railway service so I can register it on my new service.
Situation:
The domain btcpulse.app was previously registered as a custom domain on a Railway service that was created by an AI assistant (Manus AI) under a different account. I no longer have access to that old account. I have now set up a fresh Railway project under my own account (username: vibehunter, Hobby plan) with service ID: f5fdf1cb-3a7a-47e5-b116-7edc2c5d1213, and I need btcpulse.app to be registered to this new service.
What I need:
Please release / unregister the domain btcpulse.app from whatever old Railway service it is currently attached to, so that I can add it as a custom domain on my new service (project ID: 177b4f2b-7e5e-4a78-8fbc-b4616bbdc352, service ID: f5fdf1cb-3a7a-47e5-b116-7edc2c5d1213).
The Cloudflare DNS CNAME for btcpulse.app already points to btcpulse-production.up.railway.app, but Railway's UI shows "Not available" in the port selector when I try to add the custom domain, and the API returns "Failed to create custom domain" — both because the domain is already registered to the old service.
I am happy to verify ownership of the domain in any way you require.

Hello,
We can remove the domain for you, but we need to verify the ownership first.
Please add a _railway.verify TXT record for the domain with the value f3e3a816
Once done, please let us know and then we will verify, after verification we will remove the domain for you.

Hi Brody,
The _railway.verify TXT record has been added to btcpulse.app in Cloudflare DNS with the value f3e3a816. TTL is set to 300 seconds so it should propagate quickly.
Please verify and release the domain at your earliest convenience.
