I need the custom domains engineeredfh.com and www.engineeredfh.com released so I can attach them to my own project.

Background: my site was previously deployed by a third-party platform that created a Railway project on my behalf. I no longer have any access to that project. Project d91e2d9a-cb02-4f1b-a73f-a5217848a6b0 returns a 404 for my account, and my workspace shows zero projects, confirmed via the API (me { projects } returns an empty list).

When I try to add either domain to my service, customDomainCreate fails with the generic message: Failed to create custom domain, please try again.

I isolated this to a claim conflict rather than a plan limit or the recent incident. On the same service, in the same session:

• zztest-probe.engineeredfh.com added successfully
• • elitefh.com added successfully
• • engineeredfh.com and www.engineeredfh.com both failed

Subdomains of the same domain attach without issue, so it is those two exact hostnames that are held elsewhere. (Both probe domains have since been deleted.)

I own the domain. It is registered at Squarespace and I control DNS, so I can add any TXT verification record you need. There is still a stale _railway-verify TXT record in my zone from the old project if that helps confirm.

The apex currently resolves via ALIAS to tekqdoat.up.railway.app and is serving live traffic, so please let me know if releasing the claim will interrupt that, as I would like to schedule the cutover rather than take the site down.
