Hey, you mentioned that the domain was used on a now deleted project, keep in mind that you may be able to release the domain yourself, if the project can still be recovered (Dashboard > X Deleted). I'll escalate this thread to the team if this is not the case.

Got it. To release the domain on our side, just reply confirming:

• The domain in question
• That you currently control the DNS for it

That's enough verification for us. I'll detach it within a few hours, and you'll be able to re-add it from a new project once it's released.

If the domain is stuck on an account you can no longer access (closed or deleted), let me know the original account email and I'll handle it through our admin flow.

Both www.textonflow.com and textonflow.com have been released on our end. You can now add them to your service. Make sure to add the TXT verification record along with the CNAME when you do, since both are now required. Let us know if either still shows as unavailable.
