When trying to rename synced resources (from one env. to the other synced/copied). All synced resources (no matter the env.) will have the same name. How am I able to give synced resources different name dor each env?

They are meant to have the same name, as the services represent each other crossing the environments.
but how is it, that when I create a new service from scratch (without sync). I'm not able to name it the same as the one from a different env?
it seems like, when syncing a service from one env to another they can have the same name. but as soon as I create one from scratch I'm not able

Creating one from scratch creates a different service, two different services cannot have the same name.
