Replica crashes but doesn't restart despite having "Always restart" on?

My replica crashes intermittently (once a week-ish) and I have to always manually restart on the Railway dashboard. However, shouldn't it automatically restart as I have set the Restart Policy to "Always" in Settings?

Yes it should per https://docs.railway.com/guides/healthchecks-and-restarts#restart-policy

Well it's not crashed anymore since I manually restarted it. Just wondering why it would not auto-restart. This is the third time this has happened.
