Hi team,
We're having an issue with replica scaling on one of our services.
When we try to increase the replica count in the service settings, it looks like the change is being applied and stays in a loading state for a while, but then it eventually reverts back to the previous state.
There also seems to be a mismatch in the UI: The service settings show the replica count as 6. However, only 4 replicas are actually shown/running in the service view.
So it looks like the configured replica count and the actual running replica count are out of sync.

We can confirm the mismatch you're seeing: your service is configured for 6 replicas in Southeast Asia, but only 4 are currently running. The most recent scaling attempt appears to have been skipped internally, which left the configured count and actual running count out of sync.
Triggering a fresh redeploy from the service's deployments view should reconcile the two and bring the remaining replicas online.
