1. Are there any server-side logs or diagnostics you can review that might show why the container is failing to start?
2. Is there a known issue with Railway Metal builder and Python 3.13 / FastAPI
applications?
3. Can you identify any infrastructure-level issues preventing container startup?
4. Should I try a different build environment or configuration?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Happy to provide additional logs,
configuration files, or diagnostic information as needed.

Hey there!
Looks like your workload was assigned to deploy to a single VM which isn't ideal for load balancing. I went ahead and unpinned it and redeployed it. That redeploy is going now which should assign it to a fresh VM and get you rolling!
