Hello Railway Team,

  I am using Railway to host my application backend (Ön Muhasebeci - accounting software) and process personal data of EU and Turkish users.

  To comply with GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law 6698), I need to execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Railway.

  - Country: Turkey

  - Use Case: Backend API hosting for accounting application

  - Data Categories: User authentication, accounting records, financial data

  According to Railway's documentation (https://railway.com/legal/dpa), you offer a standard DPA for GDPR compliance.

  Could you please provide instructions on how to execute this DPA? I have completed VERBİS (Turkish Data Controllers Registry) registration and need the DPA documentation.
