Request failed when setting incoming webhooks URL in the alerts

When I try setting the Slack Webhook URL I always get "Request failed", I'm using Slack incoming webhook urls features, am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

The test call is sent from the browser, so the tests would be subject to CORS policies.
