Hello Railway Support,
I’m reaching out regarding an account access issue following a business transfer.
I originally had a Railway account associated with the email address adams@ai-secret.co. Following the sale of the business, responsibility for that account was transferred internally and the email address was changed to simon@ai-secret.co.
Since this change, the automations that were previously running from the account appear to have stopped working, and I no longer have visibility into the configuration that was originally set up.
I would appreciate your help in understanding the current account status and recovering access to the existing setup. Specifically, I would like to know whether it is possible to:
- regain access to the original account associated with adams@ai-secret.co, or
- recover the projects, automations, and configurations that were previously running and are now associated with simon@ai-secret.co.
I can provide any information necessary to verify ownership and the history of the account.

Railway authenticates through external providers (GitHub, Google, or email magic link), and we're not able to transfer projects between accounts or grant access to another account's resources on someone's behalf. If the account email was changed to simon@ai-secret.co, whoever controls that inbox can sign in directly using the email login flow at railway.com. To get access to the projects on that account, the current account holder can invite you as a project member from the project's settings page, or you can redeploy your services from source on your own account.
