As a complete beginner to cloud deployment, I honestly had no idea that frequently updating my app for friend feedback could cause such an issue. I am purely using Railway to learn coding and test this app with my friends—there are absolutely no bots, spam, or malicious scripts involved. I still have trial credits remaining ($4.56 / 26 days left).

I would be deeply grateful if you could manually review my account and lift the restriction so I can continue my learning journey. I will definitely be more careful about my deployment frequency from now on.
