Request for Assistance: Retrieving Old Project from Inaccessible Email Account

I have an account registered under the email address somrad.sharma@student.ehb.be, which I no longer have access to. However, there is an old deployed project associated with that account that I need to retrieve. Is it possible to regain access to the account or transfer the project to my new account?
I already mailed support about this but they told me to post it here.

Sorry we're unable to transfer projects between accounts, especially one where you no longer have access to because there's no practical way for us to prove the claim.
