Thank you for your prompt response. I understand that there is a policy against restoring data following a user-initiated volume wipe.

However, I would like to inquire further about the possibility of any existing backups on your end that might allow for the recovery of the data that was present before the wipe. I am willing to consider a service upgrade or any associated fees that might be required to facilitate this recovery, if such an option is at all feasible.

Could you please let me know if there are any potential avenues for data retrieval, even if they fall outside of standard procedures?
