Hello Railway Team,

I am currently using Railway to host a production application that integrates with a stock broker API (Dhan).

As per new regulatory requirements (SEBI guidelines effective April 2026), all API-based trading requests must originate from a single, static, and dedicated IP address that can be whitelisted with the broker.

I have enabled the Static Outbound IP feature on the Pro plan. However, I understand from the documentation that this IP may be shared across multiple customers, which creates the following issue:

• The broker (Dhan) does not allow the same IP to be used across multiple client accounts
• I am receiving errors such as “IP already in use”
• Therefore, a shared static IP is not sufficient for compliance

Requirement:

I need clarification on the following:

1. Do you provide an option for a dedicated (exclusive) outbound IP that is not shared with other customers?
2. If yes:
   • What plan or configuration is required?
   • What is the pricing for this feature?
3. If not:
   • Are there any recommended workarounds within Railway (e.g., private networking, NAT gateway, or enterprise features)?
   • Is this feature planned in the near future?

This is a blocking requirement for my production system, as broker APIs strictly enforce IP uniqueness and compliance.

I would prefer to continue using Railway if a dedicated outbound IP solution is available.
