Hi Railway team/community,
I’m on the Hobby plan and recently discovered that I had duplicate unused services running across multiple Railway projects. I only intended to keep my MARPT production backend active, but duplicate project-red services were still online and consuming memory.
My invoices were higher than expected, and the usage breakdown showed nearly all of the cost came from memory usage rather than traffic or CPU. I have now stopped/deleted the unused duplicate services and kept only the production service active.
Is there any way for Hobby users to request a one-time goodwill credit or billing review for accidental duplicate deployments? I understand Railway bills for consumed resources, but I wanted to ask if there is any possible adjustment or credit since this was an unintentional setup issue and has now been corrected.
Thanks.

No, sorry. The duplicate services were running and consuming legitimate resources. We reserve the right to charge for resources used.
