I urgently need help. While managing users in my account, I accidentally lost access to my workspace. It no longer appears anywhere in my dashboard, and even the production instance I had running has disappeared completely.
Workspace details:
Name: VADAI IA
Workspace ID: 60803e76-af3c-44d9-8eb8-c42c9f477db6
Plan: PRO
This is a critical issue, as I rely on this workspace for production services. I need immediate access restored.
Additionally, my support threads are being closed within minutes for being marked as duplicates — but the original thread has been ignored for over 5 hours. I’m stuck without a working environment and no way to get help.
Please escalate this issue and assist me as soon as possible.
