Could you please review our deployed app and suggest the best way we can improve its speed?

We’ve noticed that when testing some APIs locally, the response times are in milliseconds, but once deployed on the server, the same APIs are taking 2–3 seconds. This performance gap is affecting the overall experience.

It would be great if you could check and audit our backend to identify bottlenecks and recommend a plan or best practices for optimization.
