Hello Railway team,

I need assistance recovering/exporting data from a PostgreSQL service that was previously running on my Railway project.

My Railway trial has expired, and the PostgreSQL service is no longer accessible. However, the PostgreSQL persistent volume still appears to exist and is shown as ready.

I am migrating my application from Railway PostgreSQL to Cloudflare D1 and need to safely recover the existing production database data before completing the migration.

I am not requesting ongoing free hosting, and I am not asking Railway to delete, reset, or modify the database or persistent volume.

I would like to know whether Railway can provide a supported way to temporarily restore access to the existing PostgreSQL data, or provide a database export/snapshot, so I can safely recover the data.

The database is approximately 117 MB.

Could you please advise:

Whether the existing PostgreSQL data on the persistent volume can still be recovered.

Whether Railway can temporarily restore database access or provide an export/snapshot.

What the officially supported recovery procedure would be.

Whether this can be done without deleting or recreating the existing PostgreSQL volume.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering the existing data so I can complete the migration safely.
