Hello Railway Support Team,
I recently signed up for Railway and was on the Trial Plan. During my trial period, I added $15 in credits to my account, anticipating that I could use them for my projects.
However, my trial has since expired, and I'm now unable to utilize these credits without upgrading to a paid plan. I did not anticipate this limitation when adding the credits.
I would like to request either:
Access to the $15 credits so I can continue using Railway services without upgrading immediately, or
A refund for the unused $15 credits, as I'm currently unable to make use of them.

This is a security measure in place to make sure people don't just earn credits, rack up a huge bill, and run away.
I had to upgrade to a paid plan once, and from then on were my credits used towards my plan and my project. They were not used until after I had initiated the first bill.
I cannot speak on your refund, of course. You'll need to wait for someone from the team to handle that.

so if I buy hobby plan will I be able to use my 15$ credit ?
or maybe they can give me three months of hobby plan?

Upgrade to Hobby and you will be able to use the credits.
