Hello,
My Railway subscription has ended and my project/database is currently inaccessible, but Railway is still retaining the database volume.
I do not want to reactivate or continue the hosting service. I only want to retrieve the data that is currently retained by Railway.
Please provide a way to export or return the retained database data to me without requiring me to purchase another month of hosting.
If the database contains personal data processed by Railway on my behalf, please also treat this as a request for return of that data under our Data Processing Agreement and Article 28(3)(g) GDPR.
Please do not delete the volume while this request is being reviewed.

Your workspace no longer has an active subscription, and we're not able to export, dump, or send volume data, or grant read-only access to it, while a workspace is in that state.
To get your data back, start a plan again from your workspace billing page. Once the workspace is active, you can bring the service up, connect to the database, and export it yourself (for example with pg_dump). After that you can delete the project and cancel the plan.
Our Data Processing Addendum is the agreement that covers processing on our side.
