I am writing this report to inform you about an issue related to my account. Recently, I proceeded to cancel my subscription plan on the platform, and despite completing this process, charges are still being made to my credit card. I kindly request that no further charges are made and that you complete the cancellation of the plan I initially requested. Additionally, I paid for the $5 plan, but $11 is being charged to my account.
Lastly, I would like to request a refund for the amount charged today. I am making this request because I canceled the plan, yet I was still charged. I kindly ask you to review my situation and assist me.

You canceled and then where charged for your remaining usage for the last billing cycle, per our terms of service we reserve the right to charge for this usage.
We will not be processing this refund request.
