What is happening? I canceled the plan over a month ago and already complained about being charged last month. Now you went and charged me again this month. Seriously, this is ridiculous.
I don't know why you're ignoring this, but you need to stop charging me immediately. I have already canceled the platform plan and want to be refunded the money it has unfairly taken from me over the last two months. This is very frustrating.4 Replies

Your last invoice was on 12th Dec '24 and your subscription was subsequently cancelled. Can you elaborate on why you believe we're charging you this month (Jan '25)?

Hahahaha I canceled the subscription in November 2024, but it seems that that was not enough and they blatantly charged me for the month of December and now January. After having made the complaint last month, they charged me again for a subscription that I had already canceled and that I complained about canceling it and they still charged me.
