We can't share the specifics of why a workspace is restricted. On your workspace, the restriction is lifted by upgrading to a paid plan (Hobby or Pro), which you can do from your plans page. Adding a payment method alone does not lift it.

If you upgrade while your trial is still active, your unused trial credit carries over and is applied to future invoices.

I understand that upgrading to a paid plan can remove the restriction. However, I am requesting a manual review of my workspace because I am a new user and the restriction occurred while I was simply trying to deploy my own project.

I would like to use Railway within the available free/trial resources without upgrading to a paid plan if possible.

Could a human member of the Railway support team please review my workspace and confirm whether the restriction can be removed manually?

I am not attempting to abuse the platform or create multiple workspaces for additional credits. I only want to deploy my project normally.
