Hello Railway Support Team,
My workspace is currently restricted with the reason “Suspicious activity detected.”
I am on the Trial plan and I believe this restriction may have been triggered by mistake (possibly due to using a VPN while accessing the dashboard).
I have been using Railway only for legitimate personal/learning projects and I have not violated any Terms of Service.
Could you please review my workspace and lift the restriction if possible?
I am happy to upgrade to the Hobby plan if that helps resolve the issue.

We appreciate you reaching out. Unfortunately, we're not able to share the specifics behind why a workspace is restricted. The restriction on your workspace will remain in place, and you can cancel your plan from your workspace billing page.

Thank you for reviewing my request.
I’m honestly quite disappointed and frustrated by this decision. I was only using Railway for legitimate personal projects on a Trial account, and I believe the “Suspicious activity detected” flag was a false positive.
Having my workspace restricted without a clear explanation and with no possibility of appeal feels very unfair, especially as a Trial user who was willing to upgrade.
I understand that your decision is final, but I wanted to express how discouraging this experience has been.
