As far as I am aware, I have not intentionally violated any of your policies or engaged in abusive or malicious activity. The service was being used for legitimate personal purposes, and I was not aware of anything that could have triggered a “Suspicious activity” detection.

If the restriction was caused by an automated security system or a false positive, I would be grateful if my case could be escalated for a manual review.

I understand that you may need to keep certain security-related information confidential, but I would at least appreciate confirmation as to whether the restriction is permanent or whether there is any formal appeal process available.
