Request for temporary DB access / Manual dump for suspended project 'Electro-bot'

Hello Railway Support Team,

I would like to start by saying that I have been extremely satisfied with the Railway platform. The developer experience and the stability of the services are top-notch.

While I am not planning to renew my paid plan at this exact moment, I fully intend to return to Railway for my future projects or later this year when the next phase of 'Electro-bot' begins.

However, since the project is currently in a 'Suspended' state, I am unable to access the database to perform a final export. Because the server is offline, the Railway CLI and pg_dump commands are not working (resulting in a "connection failed" error).

Could you please help me with a "one-time" manual export or a temporary activation of the service? This would allow me to keep my data safe until I am ready to resume my subscription.

I’ve already tried the automated suggestions from the bot, but they don't apply to suspended services. I would be very grateful if a human agent could assist with this.

Your workspace is currently in an unpaid state due to an open invoice of $2.55 that failed with an "insufficient funds" error. Paying that outstanding invoice at railway.com/workspace/billing will restore your services, allowing you to connect and run your database export.
