Due to the deployment outage that occurred today, I initially believed the issue was related to my local code and application configuration. During this period, I performed multiple redeployments, restored backups, and made several changes in an attempt to resolve what I thought was a system-side issue.
Unfortunately, this ended up impacting our production environment. Our system is currently mission-critical and used for nearly all company operations.
I would like to know:
Does Railway maintain automatic daily backups of the workspace and/or services (including deployments, environment variables, and database states)?
Is it possible to restore the entire workspace (or specific services/databases) to a previous state from:
February 10, 2026 (evening), or
February 11, 2026 (morning), prior to the outage?
This restoration is extremely important for us, as it may allow us to revert to a stable operational state before the unintended changes were made.
Please let me know what recovery options are available and what information you need from my side to proceed.

Even using a backup from 02/10, my system kept reverting back to 01/21. Very strange.
