My service ai-stroy-studio (gangbi.up.railway.app) is deployed in US East and working fine, but the IP address is blocked in mainland China.

Region: US East (iad)
What I tried:
Migrated from Singapore to US East, but IP didn't change
Another service in my account (sovereign-cpp-lab-production.up.railway.app) on US East works fine in mainland China
Request: Can you reassign a different IP address to this service so it works in mainland China?

Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do except use a VPN to access your site
