Hello! I have not used my Railway account for a long time and forgot to cancel my subscription. I just noticed a $5 charge for the Hobby plan, but I have not used the service. I canceled my subscription as soon as I noticed the charge.
Can you please refund this last payment and confirm that my subscription is now fully canceled? Thank you!

Hello! The charge happened less than two hours ago, and the refund button is not available in my Billing History. I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and did not use the service. Could you please process the refund manually, since I contacted you within the same day? Here is a screenshot showing that the refund button is not available. Thank you!

Your refund is approved. Processing takes 5-10 business days and will be refunded to your default payment method on file.
