My name is Abdul Muhith Nawawi and my Railway account email is abdulmuhithnawawi@gmail.com
I have a project named “positive-energy” with a MySQL service (“MySQL-Production”). My free trial has expired, and now I cannot connect to the database to back up my data.
I kindly request if you could temporarily reactivate or grant me access to this MySQL service so that I can export and back up my data. I do not have a credit card available to upgrade the plan at the moment.

Unfortunately none of these links solve my issue because my free trial expired and I simply need temporary access to export my MySQL data.
Could someone from the support team please help reactivate or grant me access for backup?

I would also like to ask: besides credit/debit card payments, are there any other payment options available for users in Indonesia (such as QRIS or other local methods)?
