Request to Cancel My Account and Waive Past Due Invoice

Hello,
I am unable to delete my account due to a past due invoice. I no longer wish to use Railway and I do not plan to continue with the service. I kindly ask you to cancel my subscription and delete my account without requiring payment, as I will not use it again.
