Hi Railway Team,
My workspace is restricted due to payment method requirements, and the service 9router is currently offline.
I need to export/download my SQLite database from the attached volume (9router-volume).
Since I cannot start the deployment or access the volume via CLI/SSH, could an engineer please help provide a temporary download link, volume snapshot, or enable temporary access so I can backup my data?
Project: spectacular-spontaneity
Service: 9router
Volume: 9router-volume
Thank you!

We're not able to provide temporary volume access, data exports, or snapshots while a workspace is restricted, and there is no path through support to extract data or grant read-only access in this state. Moving to a paid plan at https://railway.com/workspace/plans is what resolves the payment verification on your workspace and brings your services back online so you can export your SQLite database. Any unused trial credit carries over when you upgrade during an active trial.

I understand the automated policy, but I am not asking to run the service or consume runtime resources. This is purely a data portability/ownership request to retrieve my own SQLite database from '9router-volume'. Could a human engineer please step in and assist with a one-time export or a brief window to pull the backup via CLI? Thank you.

We understand the concern about your data, and this is a genuine request. That said, the position is the same whether the goal is running the service or exporting from the volume: we aren't able to grant temporary access, provide a dump, or create a download window while the workspace carries a payment verification requirement. The workspace's restriction clears when you move to a paid plan (Hobby or Pro) at https://railway.com/workspace/plans, which brings your services back online so you can pull the SQLite file yourself. Any remaining trial credit carries over when you upgrade during an active trial.
