Hello Railway Team,
I created my Railway account before activating the GitHub Student Developer Pack. I am now verified under the Student Pack and would like my account upgraded to enable full access for code deployment.

If you're talking about the 'Full Trial' , according to the docs:
This is a fully automated process, and Railway does not respond to requests for verification. If your account is not verified, you can upgrade to the Hobby plan to unlock the full Railway experience.
Besides that, Railway doesn't offer any type of student-related discount, so your GH account being a student account shouldn't affect the verification.
If I have github student developer pack, railway give me any offer of plan?
