Hi Railway team,

We're building ClawMate (https://clawmates.net), a SaaS platform that deploys OpenClaw chatbot instances for our customers. Each customer signup creates a new Railway project + service via the API.

We hit the 25 services/day limit for new accounts during development and testing. As we prepare to launch, we'll need a higher limit to onboard customers.

- Error: "You've hit the service creation limit for new accounts (25 services per day)"

- We use the Railway API (GraphQL) to programmatically create projects and services

- Docker image: alpine/openclaw:latest

- Each customer gets 1 project with 1 service

- Expected volume: 10-50 new signups/day at launch, scaling up

Could you please raise our daily service creation limit to at least 100?
