Dear Railway Support Team,
I am writing to request the urgent restoration of a project I accidentally deleted today from my account.
- Project Name: GlobalGate-Backend
- Deleted On: Tuesday, Feb 10, 2026
This project contained a PostgreSQL database named GlobalGate which holds critical production data for my company, GG Sarl. I mistakenly deleted it while attempting to consolidate my services.
Could you please check if it is possible to "Undo" this deletion or restore the PostgreSQL volume from your latest backup? This data is vital for my business operations.
Thank you for your immediate assistance.
Sincerely,Ibrahim Al Ghadban

When you delete a project, it enters a 48-hour pending deletion state - check your email for a notification with a link to restore it. If more than 48 hours have passed since deletion, the project and its data are permanently deleted.
