Hello Railway Trust & Safety,
My paid workspace asabsys / service orbt was restricted for “ToS Violation” and production for https://asabsys.online is offline.
Asabsys is a real shop-management SaaS for merchants in Iraq (debts, installments, POS, inventory). It is not a traffic or scraping product. Customers are already using it.
The restriction followed a separate, isolated GitHub repo I deployed for site-visit experiments. That was a mistake. I am not asking to restore that repo. I have removed / will keep it removed, and I will not deploy anything like it on Railway again.
I am only asking for a one-time exception to restore the existing orbt / Asabsys service so merchants are not cut off, or confirmation that this restriction is final so I can migrate off Railway immediately.
If restoration is possible, I will keep this workspace limited to the Asabsys production app only.

We're not able to go into the specifics of why a workspace was restricted, and nothing written in a support thread can change a restriction's status. If you'd like to contest it, you can file an appeal from Workspace Settings → Standing at https://railway.com/workspace/restrictions, which is reviewed by the team and the outcome is sent to you by email.
