Hello Railway Support Team,
My workspace has been restricted due to a policy violation. I understand and respect Railway’s decision regarding the restriction, and I’m not asking you to restore or reactivate my account or services.
However, I urgently need to retrieve and back up the data associated with my project.
My GitHub project has been hosted and deployed through Railway, and a significant amount of time, effort, and resources has been invested in building it. Unfortunately, because the workspace is currently restricted, I no longer have access to the data stored on Railway.
To be clear, I am not asking for the restriction to be removed or for my services to be restored. I am only requesting a way to download or export my own project data so I can keep a backup and continue my work elsewhere.
If necessary, I am happy to verify my identity and ownership of the account and project.
Could you please let me know if there is any possible way for your team to provide temporary access or an export of my data?
I would sincerely appreciate your help with this. Recovering the data is my only request.

The account this thread is tied to was created today and has no projects or services on it, so the workspace and data you're describing cannot be reached from here. The resources likely belong to a different Railway account.
To address the data request directly: when a workspace is restricted for a policy violation, we're unable to provide data exports, temporary access, or read-only access to extract data from it. That applies regardless of how the request reaches us. If you'd like to appeal the restriction itself, you can do so by signing into the account that owns the workspace at railway.com/banned, or from Workspace Settings if the Standing page is available on that workspace.

The account I’m referring to is actually associated with this email address: kaaiayy7222@gmail.com.

We're not able to look up or take action on a different account from this thread, so providing an email address doesn't change what we can see here. If the restricted workspace belongs to another account, the request would need to come from that account directly. That said, the answer on data exports remains the same: we're unable to provide data exports, temporary access, or read-only access to a restricted workspace. If you'd like to appeal the restriction, you can do so by signing into the account that owns the workspace at railway.com/banned, or from Workspace Settings if the Standing page is available on that workspace.
