Hi, my Railway account was recently banned with the reason “ToS Violation (Card Testing/Hosting Card Testing Services).”
I believe this is a misunderstanding — the only reason my payment failed was that my card didn’t have enough funds at the time. I’ve since fixed this and added funds.
I’ve been using Railway for about 4 months now and have 2 active projects on my account. I’ve never done card testing or anything against the ToS, and I’d really appreciate if someone could review my case.
Could a staff member please help me resolve this or point me to the right contact?

Hello,
I can understand the frustration with an account ban.
However, the Railway discord server is not meant to discuss account suspensions.
Please reach out to team@railway.com from the email associated with your banned account.
