Hello Railway Support Team,
I am hosting a transactional hotel management backend (hotel_pms_backend) on Railway. Our application receives guest emails and dispatches automated replies back to guests via our custom domain SMTP mail server (smtp.titan.email).
Currently, outgoing TCP connections on ports 465 and 587 are timing out (ETIMEDOUT) due to container outbound port restrictions.
Could you please unblock outbound ports 465 and 587 for our project so our container can send outgoing SMTP emails to smtp.titan.email?
Thank you!

Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation: Outbound Networking

The $5/month Hobby plan does not include outbound SMTP. Ports 465 and 587 are only unblocked on the Pro plan, so for Hobby you would need to use an email provider's HTTPS API instead. More details here: Outbound Networking.
