Request to Update Invoice Billing Name

I hope you're doing well.

I would like to request an update to the billing name that appears on my invoices. Currently, the invoice includes my personal name, but not the company name and I need to appear as the invoice recipient.

I’ve already reviewed the link you provided, but unfortunately, there is no option available to manually update the billing name.

Hi there, could you please retry reissuing your invoice following the steps here: https://docs.railway.com/reference/pricing/faqs#requesting-an-invoice-re-issuance

It should allow you to update your invoice details.

If an error pops up when you try to reissue the invoice, could you please share what it is / what happens?

I'm able to reissue the invoice; however, I cannot modify the name listed on it.

You cannot change the name on an existing invoice. If you've re-issued it, you can use the re-issued invoice that contains the updated name.
