I'm unsure about withdrawing credits but moving credits from one workspace to another is possible, that'll let you pay for other workspaces using your credits

What workspace are the credits currently in, and what workspace do you want the credits to be moved to.

(also sidenote: just incase your intention is to use the credits to start other workspaces, it's worth noting that the first payment for a workspace subscription cannot be made via credits, but subsequent payments will use credits first)
