Requesting A record for root domain

I am configuring my custom domain to point to my Railway app. Currently, I only have access to a CNAME record and a TXT record.

My DNS hosting provider strictly requires an A record to point a root domain, as they do not support CNAME records at the root level.

Please provide the IP address needed to create the A record for my root domain.

Railway uses CNAME records for custom domains, so we don't provide a static IP for A records. For root/apex domains, your DNS provider needs to support CNAME flattening or ALIAS records. If it doesn't, the easiest solution is to move your nameservers to Cloudflare (free tier works): it handles CNAME flattening automatically.
