I'm running into a resource error. When chatting with Chat GPT about it, they say it might be a limit imposed by Railway. I'm honestly not sure so reaching out for some help. This is the full error from puppeteer:

I looked at my Railway metrics. They look fairly low (I think) but there are some spikes. Does this seems like it's originating from Railway.
