Restore MySQL Backup Stuck

Greettings, I'm trying to export a db backup to a another instance but I can't connet to the other DB instance. I also tried to connect ussing cmd but without success

Can you please help me to resolve this?

You had the password set incorrectly. I've set the correct password, and the data tab works now.
